B1’s (Be One, formerly Betbazar) product portfolio brings together Sports Data Feed, AI-Driven Sports, Turnkey Platform and Sportsbook iFrame, offering operators technology solutions for different stages of business development.

In this interview, CEO Alex Iaroshenko and CCO Max Sevostianov share their perspectives on AI Sports, sports data technology and the partnerships that drive long-term growth.

B1 and Ace Alliance explore AI Sports, sports data and commercial opportunities in iGaming.

Technology & Innovation

AI-Driven Sports: New Opportunities for Operators

Why are AI Sports becoming an important part of B1’s strategy?

Alex Iaroshenko: AI Sports represent an exciting new direction for the industry, and one we see significant potential in. Our ambition is to introduce a new vertical that combines the fast-paced experience of casino gaming with the principles of traditional sports betting.

We’ve explored this space before through esports titles like FIFA and NBA 2K, but AI Sports take it further. We’re moving from human-driven competitions to AI-generated sporting events, without relying on RNG-based mechanics.

Like any innovation, this requires significant investment and effort, and we’re still exploring its full potential. We strongly believe in this technology, which is why AI Sports has become a key strategic priority for B1(Be One).

How can AI Sports help operators increase revenue and reduce costs?

Max Sevostianov: The market is full of content that fills gaps in the sports calendar. AI Sports can do that too, but that’s not where the real value is.

The real value is control. With real sport, the operator takes what the leagues give them. With AI Sports, we build the product around the operator. We can adapt teams, formats, timing and markets for each region. That kind of personalisation is impossible with traditional sports content, and it’s what keeps players coming back.

It also changes how fast an operator can move. If they have an idea for a new market or game format, we can quickly build it and test it with real players. If it works, we scale it.

Integrity is another big advantage. There are no human athletes, greatly reducing traditional match-fixing risks. Every result and every match video is stored, so any outcome can be checked at any time. Each AI player also has its own statistics and history, just like a real athlete. Bettors can study form, compare players and build their own strategy.

On costs, there are no league rights, no official data fees and no cancelled events. We also run our own automated trading tools, which use our data to set odds in real time. The operator doesn’t need a trading team to run the product. So it’s not only about filling quiet days. It’s a product the operator can shape, test and grow on their own terms.

Sports Data Feed: Technology You Can Trust

What are the biggest challenges operators face with sports data today?

Alex Iaroshenko: From a provider’s perspective, the challenges around sports data have evolved, but the fundamentals remain the same: data quality, speed, reliability, and cost. Operators need access to accurate, fast data from trustworthy sources while keeping their costs competitive.

Traditionally, the main question was where to get the best data and whether investing in official sources justified the price. Today, there’s an additional challenge: deciding whether premium official data delivers enough value compared to more affordable alternatives, such as scraped data.

It ultimately comes down to balancing data costs with trading efficiency and margins. I’ve always believed that official data offers the strongest foundation, but the market is changing, and operators are increasingly evaluating whether that investment makes commercial sense for their business.

What makes B1 Sports Data Feed stand out from other solutions on the market?

Max Sevostianov: Reliability comes first. When the feed goes down, the operator stops making money, so stability is the one thing we never compromise on. Operators need to know the data will be there every minute, especially on the busiest days.

Second is how fast operators can go live. Our integration is AI-native, which cuts the timeline by weeks. Less time integrating means the operator starts earning sooner and their tech team can get back to everything else on their list.

Third is support. Sport doesn’t stop at night or at weekends, and neither do we. Our support team works 24/7, and they’re professionals who can handle any case, not just pass tickets along. When something goes wrong, it gets solved as fast as possible.

And behind all of that is our team. They know the technology and the product inside out, so we don’t just deliver data and walk away. We help partners get things done quickly and without hassle. At the end of the day, good data is expected. What operators remember is whether their provider made their life easier or harder. We want to be the one that makes it easier.

B1 Product Strategy & Market Outlook

What do operators value most when choosing a technology partner?

Alex Iaroshenko: Technology quality, speed, reliability, and a fair balance between price and performance are essential when choosing a partner. But after more than 13 years in the industry, I’ve learned that shared values and strong relationships often matter even more.

For me, a great technology partnership is built on trust, clear communication, and keeping your promises. When both sides understand each other, deliver on their commitments, and build a successful long-term relationship, that’s when real value is created.

It may sound a little idealistic, but experience has shown me that people prefer to keep doing business with partners they can genuinely rely on.

How do AI Sports and Sports Data Feed fit into B1’s long-term vision?

Max Sevostianov: The data feed gives operators what the sporting world already offers. AI Sports let them create what it doesn’t. One covers today’s demand. The other lets operators build new demand.

We see AI Sports as a new vertical, not an add-on. Every market is different, and operators need content they can adapt, test and change fast. That’s where we want to lead.

Doing both also makes us a better partner. Operators don’t want ten suppliers. They want one they can rely on, who understands their business and keeps their word. That’s what we’re building.
