As football captured global attention during the expanded 2026 tournament, casino operators faced a competition of their own: turning the event into lobby content capable of attracting players.
To find out which titles broke through, Blask, in collaboration with BGaming, analysed the reach of football-themed games across global and country-level casino lobbies. The research examined the leading providers, game formats and markets driving their visibility.
Blask, the AI-native iGaming analytics platform, ranked the top 10 football-themed casino titles by operator reach during the 2026 FIFA World Cup—the first edition of the tournament hosted across three countries and featuring 48 participating teams.
Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Football Bonanza led the ranking by a wide margin, appearing across 695 casino brands and 626 lobbies globally. Its reach was nearly 50% higher than that of the next-closest title.
BGaming secured two places in the top 10 with Penalty Duel with Júlio César and Lucky Pack 2026 Cup, giving it more titles in the ranking than any other single provider.
Although football-themed casino content has a natural affinity with slots, the top 10 spanned five distinct formats: five slots, three instant-win titles, one crash game and one live-dealer game. The results show that operators diversified their World Cup-themed offerings well beyond traditional reel-based gameplay. This reflects a wider shift explored in Blask’s analysis of casual games performance across Europe.

Julia Alekseeva, CPO at BGaming, said:
Penalty Duel with Júlio César proved the commercial power of culturally relevant football collaborations. After its exclusive Betano launch, the game entered the platform’s top five main-lobby titles and rose from 135th to seventh in the Crash category, where it remains in the top 10.
