Gambling.com Group Limited has announced an official corporate rebrand, changing its corporate name to Grandstand Limited. Alongside the name change, the performance marketing and sports data provider confirmed that its ordinary shares will transition on the Nasdaq Global Market from ticker symbol “GAMB” to “GRSD”. The structural update reflects the company’s continuous expansion beyond traditional affiliate performance marketing into a broader ecosystem spanning sports data, content publishing, media distribution, and entertainment tools.

While the overarching corporate parent adopts the Grandstand identity, consumer-facing assets, including flagship review portal Gambling.com, Casinos.com, OddsJam, and RotoWire, will continue to operate under their established consumer brands.

Strategic Drivers Behind the Grandstand Corporate Rebrand

The corporate repositioning separates the parent holding company from its individual consumer-facing portals, establishing a unified corporate structure for B2B and B2C operational verticals.

  • Diversified Business Architecture: Since its initial public offering in July 2021, the group has expanded its footprint into sports data, audience monetisation, advertising technology, and fantasy sports analytics.
  • Preservation of Consumer Brand Equity: The flagship Gambling.com domain will retain its legacy brand identity as an independent comparison platform alongside parallel assets.
  • Nasdaq Ticker Realignment: Trading under ticker symbol “GRSD” aligns the public entity’s market profile with its updated corporate positioning.
  • Continued Sector Volatility Tracking: The group’s listing transition occurs amidst ongoing public market recalibrations evaluated in broader tracking metrics.

Kevin McCrystle, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Grandstand, stated,

Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment. The new name, Grandstand, brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap.

Portfolio Expansion Across Sports Data and Digital Media

The shift to Grandstand caps off multi-year strategic acquisitions designed to diversify revenue streams beyond traditional cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and revenue-share affiliate models. Through targeted M&A activity, the group built out a substantial portfolio of media properties and technical assets. Key components of the group’s corporate hierarchy now include:

  • Performance Marketing Platforms: Comparison and player acquisition networks including Gambling.com, Casinos.com, WhichBingo, and BonusFinder.
  • Sports Analytics & Odds Comparison: Data platforms including OddsJam, OpticOdds, and RotoWire supply real-time statistics, betting tools, and media content.
  • B2B Media Partnerships: Commercial distribution arrangements with major national publishers, providing syndicated betting content and audience monetisation tools.

By centralising these operational segments under Grandstand Limited, the company aims to present a cohesive strategic identity to investors, media partners, and commercial gaming operators.

Operational Outlook for Grandstand Limited

The launch of the corporate rebrand is accompanied by a new corporate web portal at grandstand.com, showcasing the parent company’s technology stack, operational structure, and investor relations information. Operating under the executive leadership of CEO Kevin McCrystle, Grandstand intends to leverage its proprietary tech stack and AI-driven data tools to scale its business in B2B data licensing and B2C audience platforms.

For institutional investors and industry partners, the rebrand indicates that the business has successfully transitioned from an affiliate network into a multi-faceted digital media and data group servicing global sports betting and online gaming markets.
